As transparency is a fundamental value for Luckysit, we attach the utmost importance to respecting the privacy of its customers and in this sense respect the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 in its current version and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “RGPD”).
Any use of the site by the customer implies his unreserved acceptance and full and complete adherence to the present terms, which prevail over any other document.
Article 1. Data controller
The data controller is Luckysit, Société par Actions Simplifiée, with a capital of 20,000.00 euros, whose registered office is located at 179 Bis Rue de Créqui 69007 Lyon, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 912 645 017 (hereinafter: “Luckysit”).
Where applicable, Luckysit may have recourse to subcontractors for the implementation of these processing operations, in compliance with the regulations referred to in the preamble.
Article 2. Nature of the data collected
When you use the site, certain data may be processed: connection data (IP address, connection identifiers, etc.).
Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on the site.
Article 3. Purposes of processing
The purposes of the processing carried out by Luckysit on the Customer’s personal data are as follows:
To enable the Customer to access all the functionalities of the site and to acquire Purchase Vouchers
To track the use of a Purchase Voucher.
Manage the website
Fulfill orders placed on the site.
Manage requests for information or complaints sent by the customer to Luckysit
To carry out commercial prospecting and anonymous statistics.
Article 4. Retention period
The legal retention periods defined by Luckysit comply with the recommendations of the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (hereinafter the “CNIL”) and/or the legal obligations to which Luckysit is subject. You will find below the different retention periods for your data:
With regard to orders, your personal data is kept in archives for 10 years from the date the order was placed, in order to meet Luckysit’s legal obligations arising from the consumer code and the commercial code.
Article 5. Recipient of data
The data collected on the site is intended for Luckyst and/or partners and/or subcontractors involved in the service, namely in particular the merchants at which a Purchase Voucher is used as well as the payment service provider used by Luckysit during the payment of a Purchase Voucher by the customer and to subsequently pay the merchant.
Article 6. Transfer of data
The data we collect is not transferred outside the European Union or to a country that has not been the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
Article 7. Consent of minors
In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Service of the Site, the services provided by Luckysit on the site are intended for persons over the age of 18. Luckysit therefore does not collect or process data from minors.
Article 8. Cookies
Cookies are text files deposited on your computer when you visit a site or view an advertisement. They are used for functional and statistical purposes, and to enhance your browsing experience. They can only be accessed by the sites that deposit them, and are not shared. They do not constitute “spyware” or viruses; they are non-executable files. Some are essential to the proper functioning of Luckysit (e.g. securing your connection), others are complementary to further improve browsing comfort and also enable us to improve Luckysit services.
